What is possible Now?

It is natural to experience a wider range of emotions when an external transition significantly changes our day to day lives. Frustration, anger, worry, doubt, resentment, and denial have been much more prevalent since the pandemic business closures and other changes started nearly 7 months ago.

Additionally, the depth of this wider emotional range is amplified by the uncertainty that none of us knows when this transition will be over, nor do we know what further changes will happen. This might seem like the worst time to think about making a significant change or creating something entirely different in your life in many ways it is the best time to try out your ideas.
The meditative magical antidote to this uncertainty is to get calm, centered, grounded, and then to contemplate the question, “What is Possible Now?”
