Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays because it is such a quiet and simple way to focus on Gratitude. This magical quality is a free and immediate way to enrich our life experience. This months meditation will open you to experiencing more Gratitude deep in your heart. Giving thanks always makes me feel better and more often than not makes others feel better.
