One Hour - One Intention with Sound Healing

Our friend Jen Tomas of Silver Owl Healing Arts has created this new session to help us navigate these challenging times. “One Hour-One Intention” was born during a moment of upset about how I was perceiving the outer world.  I asked Spirit for guidance – “What can I do to help myself to be more positive right now”? The answer was “be peace”.    The “One Hour-One Intention” concept dropped in next. For one hour, have a community that holds the space for peace, love, and calm. Maintaining these uplifting intentions for just an hour – be peace, be love, be quiet, be happy.

Help us hold the space for the expansion of what is good for us—focusing on peace within and sending it out to the entire world.

To begin the session, David Stevens will lead a Sound Healing of the Chakras with crystal bowls and toning.

We will be sitting in Chairs. We welcome those who prefer to sit on the floor. Please bring your own mat and pillow.

With over 20 years of experience, she supports individuals and groups in expressing themselves fully to create positive change. Her practice includes Intuitive Energy Healing, Guided Meditation, Sound Healing, Reiki, Aura Clearing, and energetic clearings for homes and businesses. Jen believes everyone has an innate ability to heal and aims to create a safe space for personal healing. Silver Owl Healing Arts, established in 2008, offers consultations via Zoom and phone, as well as distance healing services.
