A crystal bowl sound bath is a deeply relaxing, guided meditation in which you rest as crystal singing bowls create soothing vibrations. Many people experience stress relief, a calmer nervous system, and better sleep—especially when paired with simple breathwork.
If you’re in Denver and your nervous system has been running on overdrive, this is for you. We welcome guests from Capitol Hill, Wash Park, Baker, and the Golden Triangle (and honestly—anyone who needs a reset).
Why we pair sound + breath (sound bath + breathwork for stress relief)
A crystal bowl sound bath is a restful, meditative experience in which crystal singing bowls are played in a gentle sequence to create tones and vibrations you can feel throughout your body.
- Deep relaxation (your body gets the message that it’s safe to unwind)
- Stress relief and emotional release (tension stored in the body can finally loosen)
- Better sleep (especially when your brain won’t “turn off” at night)
- Improved focus and clarity (less overwhelm, more grounded decision-making)
- A reset for your energy (many people leave feeling lighter and more centered)
Humming Bee Breath: a 2-minute practice for quick stress relief
We incorporate breathwork while crystal singing bowls are played because conscious breathing can enhance the flow of your subtle inner energy—helping to heal and balance the body, mind, and awareness. You breathe in two ways: automatically (without thinking) and consciously (with intention). That dual nature makes the breath a powerful, simple vehicle for exploring your inner depths, dissolving inner blocks, and making room for a smoother, steadier energy flow.
One practice to try: Bhramari (the Humming Bee Breath)
Use this once a day or anytime you feel a wave of stress rising.
- Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
- Notice your thoughts and your pace of mental activity.
- Exhale and breathe in fully.
- On the exhale, hum audibly until you are out of breath.
- Repeat for at least 2 minutes.
- Notice your thoughts again — does it seem like it got quieter in your mind?
This practice also supports a healthy balance: oxygen brings subtle life-force energy into the blood, and carbon dioxide helps deliver that energy into the cells. When those two are working together, many people find it easier to return to a more peaceful, grounded state.

Our studio is located in an older building we unfortunately do not have handicapped access. You will need to be able to navigate 3 flights of stairs. Sorry, the building was built in 1955. You can park for free in the South Broadway Christian Church on site parking lot.
Crystal bowl sound bath benefits can include deep relaxation, stress relief, emotional release, improved sleep, and a calmer nervous system. Many people also report feeling more grounded, clear, and centered afterward.
Wear comfortable clothes, hydrate, and bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. Arrive a little early to settle down in one of our limited number of floor spots. Try to avoid rushing in “full-speed mode”—even 2 minutes of slow breathing beforehand can help you settle.
Sound baths are generally gentle, but if you’re pregnant, have epilepsy, severe sound sensitivity, or a history of trauma where sound can feel activating, it’s smart to check with a healthcare professional and listen to your body. You can always step out or adjust your distance from the bowls.
