What is an Aura Clearing?
An in-person Aura Clearing at Yoga of the Mind is a calming reset to help you release unwanted energy and feel more grounded and refreshed.
In this 15–20 minute one-on-one session, you’ll sit comfortably in a chair while a Yoga of the Mind–trained Energy Healer works with your energy centers (chakras) and the aura around your body.
You can have one healing request per session, and your healer will ask about it when they’re ready to begin. Aura Clearings are held in person at our Denver studio and are a simple way to step away from stress and invite in the energy you need most.

Bring your date, time, and location of your birth for a reading
In our time together, we can look at a few key pieces of your chart (such as your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs) to highlight your natural strengths, emotional needs, and the way you move through the world. Then we’ll zoom in on current timing—what the planets are activating for you lately—so you can make sense of patterns, pressure points, and opportunities showing up this month.
