Benefits of Meditation and Mindfulness

First, what is meditation?  Simply put it is sitting quietly for 5-10 per day and listening to your busy mind.

Meditation leads to Mindfulness.  What is Mindfulness?  Mindfulness is the ability to know what is going on in your head at any given moment without being overwhelmed by it. Mindfulness is one ingredient in your super powers.

Mindfulness and Energy Awareness = your Yoga of the Mind Super Power?  Learning to be mindful along with a clear understanding of how you can replace other people’s unwanted energy with your clearly defined energy boundaries is your personal Super Power.
